About Us

Crockett Public Utility District was formed by charter in 1953. It began serving its first customers in 1956. Over 65 years, service has been expanded from the Town of Alamo to the Town of Gadsden, the Crossroads, Cairo, and Cypress Communities. The District has a 3 member board of commissioners and employs 5 full-time employees.

Frequently asked questions

All bills are due the 10th day of each month to not have a late fee applied.
The cutoff date is the 21st day of each month. If your bill is not paid by the morning of the 21st your service will be disconnected. To have the service reconnected you must pay the past due amount plus a $50.00 reconnection fee.
